What's on my birth certificate?

The Portuguese birth certificate comes in a plain white paper, and commonly does not present a government stamp.


Depending on how your nationality was acquired, there may be several areas blank (with '***'), such as parents' or/and grandparents' information. This doesn't affect the validity of your document, or your right as a citizen.
