How to request new Millennium BCP access codes?

Occasionally, our customers may not automatically receive their authentication codes. This can happen for various reasons, most often because mobile networks might block the SMS messages, sometimes mistakenly classifying them as advertisements or due to their own filtering policies.

If you need to request new access codes, please follow this specific procedure on the Millennium BCP website.



A Quick Note on Timing and Accuracy:

  • Please be careful: If any information is entered incorrectly during these steps, your access may be blocked.
  • This procedure can only be completed on business days between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Lisbon time).


Key Steps to Request New Codes


1. Set the Language First

  • Go to the Millennium BCP website and scroll to the very bottom of the page.

  • Crucially, change the language to English. If you complete this workflow in Portuguese, the final verification call you receive will also be in Portuguese.


2. Start the Registration Process

  • Select Clients > Register on the website to begin requesting your new access codes.
  • You will be asked to enter your account number and your NIF (tax identification number).


3. Follow the Prompts

  • Continue following the on-screen steps to define your new user code and multichannel access code.

4. The Verification Call

  • If the information you entered is correct, you will shortly receive an automated call in English to your registered phone number (you can find it written on your previously sent contracts).
  • During this call, you'll simply be asked to confirm a few security details to finalize the process.
