How do I install the digital certificate on Android or IOS?

IOS


  1. Send the certificate file *.p12 o *pfx by Airdrop or Email.
  2. Save the certificate on “Files App”.
  3. Click on the certificate and follow the instructions below.

  1. Go to your “Settings” phone and click on “Profile Downloaded”.

  1. On top left, click on “Install”.

  1. Enter your phone password

​




  1. On top left, click on “Install”.

​





  1. Finish by clicking “Done”.

​




  1. All good! Your certificate is now linked to your IOS. When you want to use it, a pop-up will appear asking you to select the certificate.

ANDROID:


  1. Send the certificate file *.p12 o *pfx by Email to get it on your phone
  2. Click on the certificate and follow the instructions below


  1. Enter the password you created when generating your digital certificate and click “Confirm”


  1. Click on “VPN & app user certificate”


  1. Name your certificate


  1. All good! Your certificate is now linked to your phone. When you want to use it, a pop-up will appear asking you to select the certificate.

If you have a version prior to Android 8.x you will also need to install the root certificate.
