# How do I get and download my certificate?

### **1. Email**
Once your verification is approved, typically within 1–2 business days, you will receive an email from our partner with instructions on how to generate your certificate. To get started, please click “Pulsar aquí” in the email.

### **2. Accept the terms**
You will be directed to a new page. Please scroll to the bottom to review and accept the terms and conditions (1), after which you may proceed by clicking "Next" (2).

### **3. Confirm**
You will receive an SMS with a verification code at the phone number provided during your application.

First, enter this code into the first field (1)
Next, create a password in the second field (2) to protect your certificate, and re-enter it in the third field (3) to confirm.
Next, in the second field (2), create a password to protect your certificate. Re-enter this same password in the third field (3) to confirm it. Please save this password, as you will need it for installation. Finally, click “Generate” (4) to proceed.

### **4. Download**
Success! Your certificate has been generated. To download the certificate file, click “Download Certificate” (1). We also recommend saving your password information by clicking “Download Credentials” (2).

||| Warning: This is your only opportunity to download your certificate. For security, this screen will not be shown again. You must download the .p12 file now, or it will be permanently lost. Failing to do so will require you to restart the application process and pay a new fee.
